For speed you might want to try a dual dagger- a single hilt that splits into two separate blades. It could symbolize deoxy's speed since he is moving so fast you can't tell how many of them there are.

haha.. with deoxys defense forme im thinking or a sword but i've change my mind and decided to make a shield.. ofcouse its in defense mode :D

Yes you do, even if a sword can be used for defence, when thinking defense, shields are the first to come to mind. And I say it fits Def-Deoxys more :P
