There really isn't much when it comes to critiquing a logo, because you're not looking for little details or minor flaws, you're looking to see just how crisp and modern the artwork looks, and with this piece I think you landed it spot on. This is the kind of logo you'd expect to see in a successful business, done by a professional design artist. The smooth lines and crisp edges gives it a degree of precision and professionalism that companies expect to receive when commissioning a logo. The glare is very subtle, but is effective in taking the logo to the next level of professionalism, and combined with the contrasting background that really makes this one pop. As I mentioned there really isn't much to critique in logo design, but this is the kind of logo you'd expect to see on the face of a successful product (or) business.
